Job Description

Overview :

As a Development Manager, you will lead multi-family land development projects from concept through construction. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Communities, Homes (Design, Construction, Sales, Purchasing / Estimating), Finance, Legal, Marketing, IT, and HR to ensure projects are planned, approved, delivered, and controlled effectively. Externally, you will work with architects, consultants, contractors, municipalities, regulatory authorities, builder partners, and resident associations. You will represent Brookfield Residential, balancing technical execution, financial discipline, and relationship management to support successful project outcomes.
