About the Role :

Join our team as a Cloud Application Analyst to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and business operations. You'll assist in overseeing the successful implementation and operations of new and existing applications, working closely with internal teams and external partners. If you're experienced in managing an extensive breadth of applications and have a proven ability to advise and guide technical teams, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Work with external service providers to ensure that ATCO’s Enterprise Applications are maintained and available
• Provide input to software vendors and system implementors as part of technical project design
• Ensure service providers adhere to proper ITIL management policies and procedures
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Influence and execute the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) strategy
• Define project technical requirements, build business cases, and participate in the selection of service implementers / providers
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure code quality meets minimum requirements
• Ensure solutions are aligned with industry best practices
• Guide interrelated application implementation and operational activities
• Define and enforce coding, error, and application monitoring standards
• Escalate project risks and vendor concerns to IT and leadership
• Communicate effectively across all areas of the organization
• Monitor project progress and provide technical release consultation
• Assist the team in troubleshooting technical challenges
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, processes, and tools to enhance development capabilities
