Scaled Agile Coach and Trainer

In this role, you will lead transformative consulting engagements, conduct impactful virtual training sessions, and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead Training Sessions : Conduct impactful training sessions that inspire and engage participants, helping them deepen their understanding of Agile principles.
• Lead Enterprise Consulting Engagements : Collaborate with clients to implement Agile at scale, providing expert guidance and customized solutions to align with their business goals.
• Host Interactive Webinars : Organize and host webinars that provide valuable insights on Agile practices and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), tailored to enterprise needs.
• Coach Agile Teams : Work closely with teams and leadership to drive Agile transformation, supporting their adoption of Lean-Agile principles and SAFe practices.
• Develop Training & Consulting Content : Create and update materials that blend strategic consulting with practical training, ensuring alignment with industry trends and client needs.
• Promote Continuous Learning & Innovation : Encourage a culture of ongoing learning and process improvement within organizations and among our clients.

What We’re Looking For :

• Expertise in Agile Methodologies : Deep experience in Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and the ability to guide their application at scale.
• Proficiency in the SAFe Framework : Strong knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and experience applying it in large-scale organizational transformations.
• Certification : Certified SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) or equivalent certification is highly recommended.
• Passion for Coaching & Consulting : A genuine enthusiasm for guiding organizations and teams through Agile transformations, with an ability to host engaging webinars and training sessions.
• Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Self-Motivation & Leadership : High level of self-motivation, with a strong commitment to driving results and fostering success within teams and enterprises.
