The Opportunity
The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and troubleshooting information technology systems and processes to enhance organizational efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness. This role involves evaluating new and existing IT systems, ensuring compatibility and integration with current infrastructure, and supporting project delivery through documentation including process maps and diagrams, testing, and stakeholder collaboration. The Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between technical teams and clients, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured and translated into effective solutions.
This is an onsite position working out of our Edmonton office. The position is expected to work East Coast hours, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. (EST).
