Automotive Detailer - Universal Collision Center Central

The Detailer will assist the Capital Auto Group to wash vehicles for our valued customers, and provide service to our Sales, Service, and Body Shop departments.
The Detailer is responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior surfaces on service, and body shop vehicles; as well as new and used inventory in a safe and efficient manner.
The Job :
Operate pressure washer, vacuum, and other detailing equipment to clean automobiles in safe manner to dealership expectations
Vacuum all interior surfaces, spot-clean textile stains, and clean solid surfaces
Perform minor body repair of scratches and blemishes using buffers and / or wet sanders
Keep detail area clean and orderly
Attend periodic production meetings as needed or directed by managers
The Qualifications :
Must have a valid driver's license and ability to operate an automobile with a clean drivers abstract
Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is an asset
Demonstrated customer service skills
Ability to lift upwards of 50 lbs.
Demonstrated self-motivation with strong problem solving abilities
This position requires kneeling, bending and standing for extended periods of time and requires individuals to obtain CSA certified steel-toe boots
