Accounts Receivable Clerk

Responsibilities and Duties for Canadian companies

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Review and processing of field tickets.
• Process AR inv in Customer systems.
• Data entry and / or uploads.
• Tracking customer payments and customer interaction.
• Other duties required as per management team.

Knowledge and Skills :

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism.
• Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft office products with primary focus on Excel.
• Comfortable with computer software and systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional flexibility with proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral, written and communication skills.
• Stress management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions :

• Sitting behind a desk looking at a computer screen up to 8 hours in a day.
• Frequent sitting, bending, twisting, and standing.

Education, Certificates, Licenses and Registrations :

Certificate in business, finance or related field required and / or equivalent experience in the industry.
