Currency Processor, ATM Deposits, MS Excel – Job Description

• Responsible for processing currency in a processing centre. Routine data entry and on-line input of transactions using basic understanding of products/ processes and technology applications

• Focus is on meeting throughput targets with accuracy

• As a processor, the candidate will be required to complete the transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• There are a variety of roles, and you could be expected to perform repetitive duties standing, sitting, lifting, and walking

• The length of time a candidate may be asked to stand/walk is for the entire shift 7.5 hours

• Also, there is a requirement to lift 10-20 lbs.

• Processing cash/cheque/coin deposits from business and personal clients

• Process Business/Commercial client cash/cheque deposits following established procedures

• Meets established throughput targets

Currency Processor, ATM Deposits, MS Excel – Mandatory Skills

• Must be able to work ONSITE

• Requires physical lifting of work bag contents - 20KG

• Able and aware the length of time a person may be asked to stand/walk is for the entire shift 7.5 hours

• 1-2 years cash handling experience in a processing environment

• Possesses efficient and accurate data entry abilities using MS Excel

• General math skills and accounting/reconciliation skills

• Proficient communication skills
