Overview

The Manager, Development leads and supports a team of software developers in delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure applications that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role ensures effective team performance, fosters collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, and drives process improvements to support operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

What you’ll need to succeed

We are proud to support a Flexible Work Plan that recognizes the diverse needs and lifestyles of our people. The Manager, Development has the option to work fully from a Payworks office or on a hybrid work model, working in the office at least three (3) days a week. This role may require participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours support, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
