What you will be responsible for

As Senior Associate you will

• Assist in daily physical settlement processes and meet established deadlines
• Work with internal client support teams for timely settlement of physical trades
• Facilitate re-registration and restriction removal requests with transfer agents and issuers
• Research and resolve any share exceptions with our physical depository
• Update and follow standard operating procedures
• Assist in ad hoc projects and process enhancements
• Research and respond to client inquiries timely and accurately

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or experience in Banking preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
