Senior Operations Associate
We are seeking a highly skilled Intermediate Operational Reporting Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, contributing to both global operational reporting and Yardi controllership support.
Responsibilities :
- Review and consolidate monthly / quarterly submissions from global regions.
- Prepare quarterly regional board packages and MD&A disclosures.
- Lead the global property budgeting process, including training and reporting.
- Set up Legal Entities and properties in Yardi.
- Assist with internal controls audits and ad-hoc report requests.
- Manage statutory operational reporting and leasing activity reporting.
- Handle Yardi user accounts, GL accounts, and create new legal entities and properties.
- Troubleshoot Yardi operational issues and assist with new module implementations.
- Coordinate with IT for new report requests and standardize regional reports.
Qualifications :
- CMA / CPA / CGA designation or in progress.
- 3-4 years in Commercial Real Estate Accounting, with using Yardi Voyager 7S.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with presentation creation / modification experience.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills; effective multitasker.
- Proven relationship-building, flexibility, judgment, and work ethic in dynamic environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work collaboratively or independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and knowledge of internal controls / audit processes.
