Materials Coordinator

TheMaterials Coordinator is instrumental in streamlining ourproduction processes by ensuringthe

efficientmanagement and flow of materials. From receiving to shipping thisindividualholds

responsibilityfor the entire lifecycle of materials within the company ensuring aseamlessoperation

andminimaldisruptions.

1.Receiving &Documentation

Overseethe receiving process for all incoming materials andsupplies.

Accuratelymanage and maintain all associateddocumentation.

2.Material Identification &Placement

Quicklyand accurately identify receivedmaterials.

Ensurethe correct storage of materials by placing them in theirdesignatedlocations.

3.InventoryManagement

Keepan updated inventory of all parts andsupplies.

Monitorstock levels and generate restock alerts when inventory runslow.

4.OrderingSupplies

Placeorders to replenish supplies and ensure the uninterrupted flow ofproduction.

Collaboratewith suppliers for timely deliveries while ensuringquality.

5.EquipmentOperation

Skillfullyoperate forklift and telehandler for tasks including offloadingloadingand

materialtransportation.

Ensuresafety guidelines are adhered to during all equipmentoperations.

6.ProductionSupport

Ensurecontinuous supply and removal of materials to and from theproductionline

preventingany disruptions orhalts.

7.Shipping &Documentation

Preparenecessary paperwork forshipments.

Collaboratewith the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries to customers orother

facilities.

8.Safety &Maintenance

Ensureall storage areas and equipment are maintained in a safe clean andorderly

manner.

Conductregular checks and report any equipmentmalfunctions.

Requirements

HighSchool Diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in supplychain orinventory

managementare aplus.

Priorexperience in a materials management or warehouserole.

Validlicense to operate a forklift andtelehandler.

Strongorganizational and multitaskingabilities.

Proficiencyin inventory managementsoftware.

Exceptionalattention todetail.

Goodcommunication skills and ability to work in a teamenvironment.

High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications insupply chain or inventory management are a plus. Prior experiencein a materials management or warehouse role.

Strong organizationaland multitasking abilities. Proficiency in inventory managementsoftware. Exceptional attention to detail.

Good communicationskills and ability to work in a team environment.
