Roles and Responsibility :

• Maintain and clean the hotel's common areas.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Complete laundry tasks as needed.
• Maintain and restock supply rooms for housekeeping.
• Ensure that always excellent customer service is provided.
• Assist guests with any requirements or inquiries.
• Report to the management of any damages or required repairs.
• After each checkout, clean the room.
• Report to the manager of any lost and found items.
