Boiler Operator

We are now seeking Boiler Operator for the BECIS Bioenergy Business. The position is based in at Site Location Nestle PH and reports to Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

The position holder will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all site activities related to fuel warehouse activities, boiler operation, and maintenance activities. This position will be working based on shift schedule.

• Monitor boiler operation and others supporting equipment to achieve plant KPI. If necessary, changing process parameters to achieve this.
• Report of boiler operation, including but not limited to working pressure, steam flow-rate, feed-water flow-rate, water pH and conductivity etc.
• Report of other supporting equipment and safety issues for daily
• Manage appropriate biomass loading into the boiler, in coordination with the wheel loader operator
• Ensure team’s compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Provide problem solving and troubleshooting skills, work together with maintenance team
• Identify problem root causes and take effective action to resolve the problems at hand
• Daily water and Fuel parameters sampling with chemist and record.
• SCADA / DCS operation and monitoring.
