Nature & Scope
- Prime objective is to assist manager / supervisor in all administrative tasks associated with the day-to-day operation of the branch
- Scheduling technicians for pre-scheduled inspections, deficiency repairs and / or service work
- Scheduling technicians for emergency service calls / repairs as requests arise
- Coordinating with preferred subcontractors
- Assist in preparation of quotes and proposals
- Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Process all documents with accuracy and efficiency
- Field request from customers for service calls
- Contact customers to pre-arrange services
- Other administartive tasks as required
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of computer proficiency
- Experience in dispatching and scheduling / coordinating service personnel required
- Ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills
- Good Customer Service skills
- 2 year diploma in Office Administration / Business program or equivalent work experience preferred
- Industry experience preferred
