Your Purpose

As a Warehouse Associate, you will convey a positive impression of Poppy Barley to our customers by executing operational strategies resulting in positive operating profits and exceptional customer experience. You will have an immediate and direct impact on the success of Poppy Barley through inventory flow, management and demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand.

Your Responsibilities

• Using your attention to detail in delivering exceptional service to customers
• Supporting e-commerce and in-store channels through shipping, and order fulfilment
• Receiving and shipping custom orders coming from our factory in Mexico
• Overseeing receiving of new products and organizing the Warehouse
• Unpacking boxes from shipments received as required and maintaining stockroom organization standards.
• Verifying replenishment shipments into inventory, in addition to larger, seasonal collection shipments
• Supporting replenishment to stores weekly.
• Processing and fulfilment of e-commerce returns.
• Supporting inventory counts as needed.
