We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing shipments, troubleshooting product issues, overseeing inventory levels, and managing warehouse operations.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Coordinate and manage shipments, including processing orders, arranging logistics, and tracking deliveries
• Address and resolve product issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to meet customer demand
• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inventory movements
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements :

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations is an asset
