Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced IT Technical Analyst to fulfill a temporary / contract role. As the successful Candidate for this role, your primary focus will be working within the project team to plan design develop and implement comprehensive business solutions in response to business needs. You have in-depth knowledge of methods and techniques for business analysis and demonstrated skill in their application to solving business problems will make you successful in this role. This position is located in Calgary, AB., but is open to remote working concessions for eligible candidates.

Job Requirements : MUST HAVES :

• 7 + years extensive working experience in a similar role with proficient knowledge in the deployment, configuration and support for a variety of business software including Microsoft Office 365 Adobe professional suite and SAP client GUI
• Strong working experience in of Active Directory Windows 10 and networking
• Proficiency and hands-on experience in creating documentation
• Solid working knowledge and ability with OfficePro Plus, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Office 365, Microsoft Teams
• Responsible, takes ownership of work, and follows through to completion
• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with solid skills in verbal and written communication
• Solid attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to think outside the box excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities
• Capability to effectively work independently as well as in a team-oriented highly collaborative environment
• Post-secondary degree / diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
