We’re hiring Ticketed Millwrights in Lakeshore, ON!
Responsibilities :
Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and mechanical systems
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
Diagnose mechanical issues using testing equipment and interpret findings accurately
Safely operate machinery, hand tools, and power tools in accordance with company safety standards
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
Maintain detailed maintenance logs and complete work orders using tablets or computerized systems
Train apprentices or temporary staff when required
Requirements :
Valid Ontario Certificate of Qualification (433A – Industrial Mechanic Millwright)
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience on conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and gearboxes
Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment and at heights or in confined spaces when required
Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand / walk for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
