Job Summary
Royal LePage West Real Estate Services is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk / Reception & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our office and plays a key role in supporting Realtors®, staff, and clients.
Duties
- Greet clients, Realtors®, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain the reception area and boardroom schedules
- Provide administrative support to management and Realtors® as needed
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Coordinate courier pickups, mail distribution, and office supplies
- Support office events, meetings, and training sessions
- Perform general clerical and office support duties, marketing as required
Skills
- Previous reception or office administration experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience in real estate or professional office environment is an asset
