Role Overview
As a key member of the operations team, the Facilities Engineer plays a critical role in facilitating the integration of generating stations maintenance and capital asset management processes to ensure Enfinite is making the right investments at the right time for long-term reliability of Enfinites facilities. This role serves as the Operations field representative for maintenance and capital work identification and planning, as well as engineering support for existing / new facilities. Positive leadership, relevant work experience, and technical knowledge are requirements for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Maintenance and Operational Support :
Collaborate with field operations teams to make asset risk and value-based decisions in both real-time and near-real-time environments.
Develop, assess, and prioritize scope, cost estimates, and risk assessments for maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and operational best practices and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards.
