Program Manager (Capital Markets/Trading)

Looking for an IT Program Manager with strong experience in Capital Markets / Trading. Need someone who has managed platform migration projects.

Iris's clients, one of the largest canadian's bank is hiring a Program Manager. Our clients are world-leading financial servicespanies, provides consumers, corporations,ernments and institutions with a broad range of financial services and products.

Must-have Skills / Experiences

10+ years of program and / or project experience in the financial services industry and managing budgets $5-7MM

Experience with Platform migration and working with Vendors

Experience managing projects with senior visibility Senior Directors, MD, VP. Should be able to transition in to Program role if needed.

PM experience within FIs and with projects that deliver technology change related to new business capabilities not looking for infrastructure and pure tech PMs

Experience with organizational change management and operational readiness

Experience supporting BU teams with discovery, RFI and RFP processes

Experience working with Agile and Hybrid work spaces

Experience working with both IT and BU teams - must have hands-on experience with implementation planning as well as change management

Demonstrated experience in building strong partnerships with both Tech and Business partners in a very dynamic environment

Ability to ramp-up or pivot quickly and use projecternance levers to build and maintain traction and manage risk / issues / dependencies

Running hybrid projects with agile experience

Experience in working with multiplepeting priorities and bringing projects back to green

Able to switch between macro and micro perspective

Able to roll-up sleeves and get into details

Soft Skills :

Demonstrated political savvy

Ability to deal with demanding stakeholders

Even-keel and very methodical

Willingness to adapt and to rapidly evolving environment, managing through change

Strongmunication skills
