TECHNICAL SERVICE SUPERSTAR

Overview

Join Foton New Zealand as a Technical Service Superstar at our brand‑new headquarters in Hamilton. This role is essential to supporting our national dealer network and driving the launch of next‑generation commercial vehicles, including new energy models.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on and virtual training for dealer technicians nationwide.
• Support diagnostics, complex repairs, and technical queries across the network.
• Develop clear, effective training materials, bulletins, and job aids.
• Spot emerging technical trends and drive improvements.
• Assist with product rectification and new product launches.
• Build strong relationships across dealers, OEM, and internal teams.
• Manage warranty‑based repairs for support service agents nationwide.
• Support the warranty department to assess, guide and submit claims.
