ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is responsible for the coordination and support of various talent management programs processes framework and systems that support the organization; providing guidance and training to management and employees regarding talent management processes and systems; analyzing data including tracking of data trends and preparing forecasts related to talent management programs.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
Supports the Talent Development and Delivery Specialist with talent calibration processes and meetings related to succession planning including analyzing leadership data and development needs preparing forecasts tracking and monitoring succession planning actions to ensure the development of leadership talent required by the organization.
Coordinates all performance recognition and development processes tools and technologies including identifying recommending and implementing modernization and streamlining of processes tools resources and training.
Applies analytics and organizational level reporting to programs to ensure effectiveness efficiency and alignment.
Provides subject matter expert advice and recommendations to management and staff on process system and training needs related to talent performance and recognition programs.
Leads and coordinates the implementation of projects including conducting research liaising with internal and external partners gathering information and material and preparing reports and presentations as directed.
Supports team members and PEC leadership in the preparation of presentations to senior leaders management teams and employees
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Successful completion of a Community College Diploma in Business Administration or related and / or approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in project management and supporting program development including systems support.
Demonstrated experience creating project plans and refreshing processes for existing programs.
Demonstrated experience and ability to meet deadlines while coordinating and responding to immediate research needs in a dynamic environment.
Understanding of project management methodology and continuous improvement processes.
Demonstrated experience in writing and reviewing analytical reports / studies including ability to identify problems research analyze and interpret data and make and defend evidence-based recommendations
