What will you do?

You will be responsible for the systems that our business lines rely on every day. Here are some specifics of your role to give you some scope :

  • Administer & Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online / On-Prem, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams and Entra) for +1000 employees.
  • Test and deploy newly added Office 365 services and research high priority Office 365 patch and security updates that affect our overall tenant.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 licensing and ensure that tenant uptime is maintained through our partners at Microsoft.
  • Manage Power Automate workflows in Office 365.
  • Scripting and deploying applications and policies to endpoint devices using PowerShell as well as Microsoft Endpoint manager.
  • Manage and support our M 365, Teams and SharePoint data backup, as well as manage licensing and vendor support.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot E-mail spam filter environment.
  • Maintain application server updates as needed.
  • Manage and maintain our corporate printing and faxing services.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with external vendors.
  • Be available after hours when needed to assist with resolving rare and unexpected operational issues.
  • Guide and train Technical Support Analysts in resolving application problems and responding to queries.
  • Identify opportunities to save costs and more effectively manage assets and escalate the opportunities to management.
  • Respond to escalated incidents using Service Now portal while maintaining SLA’s.
  • Work with the teams to ensure uptime across Dream’s technology platform meets our target of 99.9%
  • Establish standards, policies, procedures, and checklists to ensure consistency and a high standard of customer experience.
  • Ensure Documentation is created and current for applicable applications.

What type of experience do you have?

  • Degree, diploma, or certificate in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience administering and managing Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Online / On-Prem environment in a mid to large scale enterprise environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Office 365, Active Sync and Exchange Online.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Active Directory management (Entra), Laptop Autopilot enrollment, image maintenance, as well as group policy.
  • Expertise with Microsoft networking concepts, Azure Active Directory, Windows Server, and back-office products.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience supporting Enterprise applications in mid to large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerShell scripting and group policies.
  • Experience with Power Automate and developing / supporting workflows within Office 365.
  • Proven technical troubleshooting skills. Experience in managing projects and large-scale enterprise-wide rollouts.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong change management skills; change agent.
  • Proven interpersonal customer service experience.

Knowledge in the following is considered a significant asset, so let us know what you know!

Knowledge of Azure and Power BI.

Experience working with applications such as Mimecast, Papercut and Retarus.
