Environmental Field Technician (Field Based)
ERM is hiring an Environmental Field Technician to support pre‑construction surveys and environmental monitoring mainly near Smithers, British Columbia , and in northern Canada. In this role, you will lead pre‑construction surveys and monitor construction and operational activities at a variety of project sites. This is a full‑time (12 hours per day, 84 hours per week, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off), limited‑term role with a duration of 4 months, extendable . Training will be provided for client‑specific and site‑specific safety, security, sampling, and inspection procedures.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
For the Environmental Field Technician position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $63,000.00 - $80,140.00 CAD, limited‑term, non‑exempt. An employee’s pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue‑based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
