You are :

You're skilled and experienced in bringing structure to risk management, drawing on strategy, technology, and people to create common processes and frameworks for clients.

You know the satisfaction of building and integrating a risk culture across an organization and delivering the process improvements that create value for your clients.

You have special focus on acting as a trusted gatekeeper for all things risk from developing a risk strategy through execution and implementation.

You have experience with Identifying risks, developing and maintaining risk management and reporting frameworks and conducting risk assessments.

You know how to manage teams, guiding them through complex problems and helping them - and clients - navigate change.

The work :

  • Identify, assess and solve complex business problems in your area, using in-depth data-analysis and evaluating variable factors
  • Assess and manage risk for top-tier organizations globally
  • Lead or support project teams, share insights, and use analytics to find new ways of working that put people and process first
  • Manage large-to-medium sized teams or projects, and make decisions that will affect your team's day-to-day work and approach, at a client or within Accenture
  • Understand client business drivers, opportunities, and goals; work to support them
  • Manage engagement risk, deliverables, and budgets across multiple, complex projects
  • Support go-to-market strategies and the design, planning, and delivery of offerings
  • Help grow the practice by championing Accenture initiatives and products
  • Stay on top of how new regulations and technologies affect clients' businesses - and ours
  • Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships

Qualifications

Here's what you need :

Bachelor's degree, in risk management, information systems, finance

3 years working in risk within a management consulting firm

2 years in one or more of the following : Enterprise risk management, Risk Controls, Financial Crimes, Risk Technology within the banking and / or capital markets industries

Bonus points if :

You know a business growth opportunity when you see one and can negotiate complex deals

You've got an MBA after your name or another type of advanced degree

You have a proven track record (at least 3 years) of offering top-notch service delivery, and know how to bring in new business
