Position : Multifamily Residential Construction Electrician Apprentice or Journeyman

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components within residential properties.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to plan system layouts accurately.
• Handle the installation, replacement, and repair of wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
• Conduct tests on electrical systems and parts to verify performance and safety standards.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions, making necessary repairs or component replacements.
• Work alongside construction teams to ensure electrical installations meet code requirements and project specifications.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures, electrical codes, and industry regulations.
