Job Description : As a Customer Service Specialist at Electrofyre, you will be a pivotal part of our customer experience team, ensuring that every interaction with our brand reflects our commitment to excellence.
You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide information to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support as needed
- Collaborating with other teams to address customer concerns and improve processes
Requirements :
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus
