The Life of a Line Cook :

• Work cooperatively under the direction of the senior Chefs on all matters of the kitchen
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a can do’ attitude in the kitchen
• Execute dishes to the exact standards as set by the Sous Chef

What We’re Looking For :

• Current Food Safe certification (or equivalent)
• Flexible scheduling - working days, evenings and weekends required
• You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with change
• You put trust in others and never let anyone down
• You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency
• You are authentic, diplomatic, thoughtful, and always have the best intentions
