Our business partner, an internationally recognized law firm, is currently looking for a professional with relevant experience in insurance, professional liability and construction litigation.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be required to manage a variety of litigation files, whether they are related to the fields of insurance, construction and financial risks.

Supported by a dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to manage major cases and to collaborate with seasoned lawyers all across North America.

In this opportunity, you will manage litigations, analyze contentious files and provide directives to lawyers, while assessing legal strategies and financial risks for clients.

• In addition, the salary scale is very competitive, and this transition could allow you to improve your current compensation substantially! REQUIRED SKILLS : - Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
• Diploma in common law or member in good standing of a Canadian Bar Association, an asset; - Tangible experience in a similar role in litigation management;
