Our Client

A large Real Estate Investment Trust Company located north of the GTA is looking for a Data Analyst with RPA expertise, who will translate data into actionable insights and automate repetitive business processes to drive operational efficiency.

Principal tasks and responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design RPA workflows accordingly.
• Build, test, and deploy RPA bots and automation scripts to streamline operations and data workflows.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and real estate portfolio performance.
• Extract and manipulate data from multiple sources including Yardi, Excel files, and cloud databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and track operational metrics.
• Assist in the migration and transformation of data across systems.
• Document and maintain clear procedures and technical specifications for all developed automation solutions and reports.
• Support issue resolution and troubleshooting for RPA bots and data systems.
• Maintain data integrity, ensure data security and follow compliance standards.
• Provide training and support to business users on automated solutions and dashboards.
• Stay up to date with the latest data analytics and RPA trends and best practices.
