Responsibilities

• Be the go‑to person for tech troubleshooting and support.
• Assist with resolving technical issues.
• Help set up and support video conferencing.
• Learn how to manage service requests and keep systems running smoothly.
• Update and maintain accurate records in ServiceNow.
• Guide users on how to make the most of their technology.
• Collaborate with IT professionals and participate in real‑world projects.
