Starting at $35,000 / year to $65,000.00 per year on a base plus commission pay structure. The more you sell the more you make!

Guaranteed fair base wage for 2 months. Wage will be base, plus commissions exceeding the base wage.

Top Reps will do 50K-100K commissionable sales per month. Top in Culligan Canada do $1,800,000!

Comprehensive training provided. We will teach you everything you need to know to launch your career in our high-growth department of household water treatment systems!

Our products include Reverse Osmosis filtration, Iron filters, Water Softeners, and Whole Home filtration systems. Kaschls’ Culligan Outside Water testing / Sales Representatives sell our high-end, award winning, independently certified, household, commercial and industrial water treatment systems to our new and existing clients in our region. The sales representative's goal is to saturate our district and grow our customer base by providing top-quality service to our customers.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be a self-starter with high drive for results!
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Mathematically inclined is an asset
• Prior CRM software (SalesForce) experience is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal is a must
• Must be able to lift / move equipment from 50 lbs
• Must possess a valid driver’s license class 5 with a 10-year clean driver’s abstract
• Must supply a clean RCMP background check
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Desired, Strong computer skills, knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
