Process customer orders using web-based and BPCS (AS400) systems.
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries promptly.
Expedite and source products to meet customer requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer needs.
Qualifications :
3–5 years of experience in customer relations.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Proven interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
High emotional intelligence and professional integrity.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
