Software Secured is a leading Penetration Testing as a Service company with a head office in beautiful Ottawa, Canada. We use a suite of services and products to help software development teams stay ahead of hackers.
Our team of pentesters is looking for an intermediate pentester to join the team and help us secure a few hundred more applications.
As a Senior Pentester at Software Secured, you will have the opportunity to help our clients secure their mission-critical applications.
This includes performing security code review, web, mobile, and network security tests. Help clients with security design reviews, threat modeling, and remediation strategies.
What we are looking for :
- Share our core values (please see below).
- At least 5 years of performing application, mobile, network and desktop penetration testing.
- Strong software development background in two or more of Python, .NET, Ruby or Java.
- Bonus points are for OSCP, GWAPT, or other equivalent certificates.
- Expert with OWASP Top 10, ASVS, and WSTG and can explain them easily.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client facing experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- This job is available to Canadian citizens, permanent residency, or work visa holders.

What we are offering :
Competitive base salary - $120,000 - $150,000 CAD
Work remotely anywhere in Canada (you're welcome to work in the Ottawa office when you'd like the option).
Work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 2 months per year.
Yearly profit-sharing between 7 - 12% of your base salary, based on your performance.
