We’re currently seeking a Learning & Leadership Development Lead (Remote) -someone who is enthusiastic, self-directed, and inspired by meaningful connection. About the Role

In this role, you’ll share our award-winning personal enrichment programs with individuals globally — programs designed to support clarity, confidence, leadership, and personal evolution. You’ll connect with people through a proven, simple system, helping them discover resources that align with their goals and aspirations.

This is a relationship-centered role, blending leadership, communication, and personal development — with full training and ongoing support provided.

Tasks

What You’ll Be Doing

• Share and promote transformational personal development programs with individuals worldwide
• Utilize a simple, effective 3-step marketing system to connect with aligned clients
• Communicate the value of programs that support growth, purpose, and success
• Build authentic relationships with team members and clients
• Support and guide team members in aligning their personal and professional goals
• Work independently while being fully supported by a collaborative global team
• Manage your own marketing budget
• Facilitate orientations for new team members
• Engage daily in your own mindset and personal growth practices - we truly walk the talk

Requirements

Who You Are

• A strong communicator who enjoys meaningful conversations
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
• Experienced in leadership, mentoring, coaching, education, social work, HR, marketing, or related fields
• Skilled in relationship-building and empowering listening
• Passionate about personal growth, awareness, and continuous development
• Comfortable guiding and supporting others toward positive outcomes
• Aligned with values of integrity, growth, and contribution
