We are Hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Bakery Mixer Operator to join our client’s food production team. The ideal candidate

will be responsible for blending and mixing ingredients to produce high-quality bakery products, ensuring smooth production processes and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities&Requirements

• Operate mixing equipment to accurately combine ingredients, achieving the desired texture, consistency, and quality.
• Precisely weigh and scale ingredients according to recipes to ensure consistent batches.
• Monitor the mixing process and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production team members to move materials and finished products efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
• Minimum 01 year of experience as a mixer or scaler in food production , manufacturing , or warehouse environments .
• Knowledge of bakery production, machining processes, or carpentry is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid work permit.
