Your responsibilities in a few words
Ensure overall compliance management and updating - Manage the compliance and compliance program schedule - Support the customer service team in opening simple accounts - Complete the required regulatory documents - Supervise implementing risk and compliance training programs for employees - Complete due diligence questionnaires for prospects and existing clients - Support internal and external audit partners - Ensure ongoing monitoring for the group, including website and social media monitoring - Conduct personal transaction compliance validation and code of conduct approval - Challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement within the team
Your strengths for this position
- BAC in a field relevant to the role
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of Canadian compliance experience in the financial sector
- Experience in international compliance (asset)
- Knowledge of the legal or paralegal sector (assets)
- Skills for collaboration and communication of information
- Ability to work in an asset management environment (asset)
- Bilingualism : required
