Compensation :  $75,000 - $80,000 Base + Bonus (Up to $25,000)

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead a dynamic full-service restaurant team in Prince George. What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team across both front and back of house
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive culture rooted in hospitality and accountability
• Oversee financial performance, labor management, and operational efficiency
• Execute against weekly, monthly, and annual goals with a strong focus on profitability and guest satisfaction
• Build schedules, ensure training excellence, and uphold high cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Hire, coach, and develop leaders and hourly team members to grow with the business
• Champion brand integrity, local marketing initiatives, and community engagement
• Uphold a premium guest experience by role modeling attentive, genuine service
