Transam Carriers is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Local Dispatcher to support our supply chain and the logistics department.
In this role, you will play a critical role in coordinating the daily operations of local drivers and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods for our customers.

Local Dispatcher will be responsible for :
- Coordinating and booking shipments
- Communicating with drivers and customers
- Tracking and tracing shipments
- Updating customers on shipment status
- Managing phone calls and other inquiries
- Entering data including warranties, invoicing, inventory management, etc.

We are looking for :
- Minimum one-year experience in local dispatch
- Proficient English
- Excellent communication skills
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or higher
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Windows, dispatch software)
