Job Description

Within the Compliance and Regulations Department, in the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Department, you will contribute to the maturity of Safran Landing Systems' suppliers by providing support and expertise to SPMs (Supplier Performance Managers) and SFQLs (Supplier Flow Quality Leaders).

You will only visit suppliers at the request of SPMs, and within the framework of targeted missions aimed at improving a supplier's maturity on a given subject.

You will be part of a team of 3 people in charge of providing strong methodological support to SPMs and PQFFs in their missions, in order to help them deploy Safran Quality requirements at suppliers, recommended methodologies linked to the global SLS strategy, as well as Quality problem-solving tools, such as :

o Problem solving, causal analysis, methodological support on 8D,

o SMS (Safety Management System),

o APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), AMDEC, PPAP, MSP,

o QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control).

For certain common suppliers and quality issues, you can coordinate internal quality stakeholders, or help set up quality plans or delegations.

To carry out these assignments, you will be in close contact with other members of the FQA Department (auditors, supplier approval and monitoring process referents) and you will be able to call on the support of experts and specialists in the Quality and Compliance Department

Job Requirements

With 5 years higher education (university, engineering or business school), ideally with a specialization in Quality, you have 3 to 4 years successful professional experience in which you have exercised your expertise in relation to operational functions, and you have acquired solid experience in the field.

You have a good command of the main Quality tools.

You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

You enjoy passing on your knowledge.
