Bayshore is currently seeking a passionate and caring Shift Nurse to join our exceptional care team.

Location and Shifts

Location : Greater Hamilton & surrounding areas. Travel within the community is required

Shifts : Weekdays / Weekends : 4 to 12-hour shifts; Overnight : 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM; No On-Call Required

What You’ll Do

As a Shift Registered Practical Nurse, you’ll play a hands-on role in the community, visiting clients in homes to deliver personalized, high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include :

• Pediatric care
• Palliative care
• Wound care
• IV therapy
• Chronic disease management and health teaching
• Supporting clients with tracheostomy and / or ventilator needs (experience is an asset)
• Managing diabetes care (experience is an asset)
