Senior Project Coordinator

Location : Vancouver, BC

Salary Range : $85,000 – $105,000

Sector : Developer‑Builder / General Contractor / Mixed-Use Residential

Role Overview : As a Senior Project Coordinator , you’ll support the Project Manager and site team through all phases of the project, with greater autonomy and responsibility than a junior / intermediate coordinator. You’ll help drive documentation, procurement, coordination, and communication between consultants, trades, and internal stakeholders to keep the project running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement logs
• Support project scheduling and milestone tracking
• Attend site meetings and prepare minutes / documentation
• Liaise with consultants, architects, engineers, and trades
• Maintain project documentation using Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
• Help with permits, closeout documentation, and occupancy requirements
