JobDescription :
Asa Mandarin / Cantonese Speaking Business Development Specialist youwill play a crucial role in expanding PCLs presence in the Chinesemarket.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage potentialclients and facilitate communication between our teams andprospective clients in China.
This will involve summarizing complexHR documents into simplified Mandarin to ensure clear understandingandcollaboration.
Responsibilities :
Engage with potential clients in China to promote PCLs payrollsolutions.
Communicate effectively in Mandarin / Cantonese to understand clientneeds and addressinquiries.
Summarize complex HR documents into simplified Mandarin / Cantoneseto facilitatecollaboration.
Meet project deadlines and deliver highquality work within thespecified timeframe.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese with excellent communication skillsboth written andverbal.
Candidate should be located in Canada orChina.
12 years of experience as a business analyst in the ITfield.
Strong understanding of Chinese business culture and marketdynamics.
Ability to work independently and manage timeeffectively.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field ispreferred.
