Fullscript is currently looking for an experienced senior web developer who wants to build websites that deliver rich, stable, and compelling experiences for our users. This role focuses on developing and maintaining our education platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless integrations with internal and third-party services.

Our team works with NextJS and PayloadCMS, to create dynamic and engaging user experiences. We value clean, maintainable code, best practices, and a strong developer experience. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to bring ideas to life efficiently.

On this team, you'll work on our education platform, developing features requested by stakeholders and creating tools that empower them to manage the site independently.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life quickly and effectively
• Take ownership and responsibility for building, shipping, testing, deploying, and maintaining our web properties
• Implement new features and functionality using NextJS and React where needed
• Scope, plan projects, and work with other developers to implement them
• Write clear documentation and present technical updates to the team
• Contribute to our internal developer experience (tooling, workflows, etc.)
• Occasionally participate in peer programming, mentoring, and code reviews
• Other duties determined by the company from time to time.
