Under the authority of the National Sales Manager Retail and Residential the Sales Representative is responsible for the sale of our products and technical support of our retail customers down to the store level.
Achievement of pre-established objectives both financial and personal.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience :
A degree or diploma in business or a technical field or equivalent minimum 5 years of experience in sales ideally within retail or construction.
Sales Expertise :
Proven success in developing and growing retail store sales territories.
Tech-Ready :
Comfortable with computers and open to learning new systems and tools.
Experience with planograms is an asset.
Communication Skills :
Strong written and verbal communication in English
People & Problem Solving :
Excellent organizational time management and interpersonal skills. Able to prioritize and stay calm under pressure.
Team & Leadership :
A collaborative mindset with strong negotiation and leadership abilities.
Mobility & Hands-On Work :
Willing to travel frequently including to remote areas. Comfortable with physical tasks like setting up booths and lifting boxes.
Prepared & Protected :
Uniform and PPE provided following industry standards.
Requirements :
Valid drivers license.
