SOCIAL WORKER BSW
Job Description
The Mental Health Social Worker will provide client-driven health and social case management assistance to children and youth in the community of La Ronge and those clients attending the La Ronge Health Centre to achieve safe and reasonable goals that will optimize clients' health and wellness and improve their quality of life.
The Mental Health Social Worker works in collaboration with clients, their families and community and government agencies, and works closely with the Mental and Addictions teams in La Ronge.
The Mental Health Social Worker also acts as a resource to and supports the development of community and interagency initiatives as they pertain to their mandate.
Qualifications : - Degree in Social Work is required- Membership with Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)- Possession of a valid driver's licence

- Knowledge of mental health treatment resources and the skills to make appropriate assessments and referrals
