Security Dispatcher - Energy Sector

This position is for active full time and part time vacancies.

We are seeking professional and reliable Security Professionals to join our client’s manufacturing plant in Windsor, ON.

The ideal candidate has experience working as a security dispatcher and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, along with training in de‑escalation and conflict management, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. The candidate will have knowledge of various fire systems and the ability to communicate effectively through radio communication.

Position Overview

Position : Security Dispatcher

Location : Windsor, ON

Shift :

• Full Time : Monday to Friday, 6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM, 10PM-6AM
• Part Time : Saturday and Sunday 10AM-10PM, 10PM-10AM

Pay Rate : $25.50 / hr
