Outside Sales Representative, Applied HVAC

We are seeking a motivated individual interested in joining our Applied Sales Team. This opportunity is perfect for experienced candidates, as well as recent graduates of relevant programs with work and / or co-op experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) equipment and solutions to commercial and industrial clients.

The role involves assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate products, and providing technical support to ensure optimal system performance. The candidate that will join this team will be responsible for representing The Master Group within the Greater Toronto Area region.

What you will accomplish with us :

• Assist the team with client requirements and propose suitable HVAC equipment / solutions aligned with their needs.
• Identify and develop relationships with potential clients in various sectors to promote HVAC equipment and services.
• Assist the team with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
• Working as part of the applied sales team to assist Consulting Engineers and contractors in developing their HVAC system design.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals effectively.
• Proactively deal with contractual and technical issues related to the customers.
• Visit construction sites to evaluate product applications and deal with site issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a

competitive edge.

What You Bring to Our Team :

Compensation Information :

Base Salary Range : $70,000 - $120,000 annually

Supplemental Pay Types May Include : Commission & Annual bonus

The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
