Bird Nason Contracting Group is currently looking for a Student Workforce Coordinator to join us for an 8 month co-op position starting in May 2026. This position will be based out of our Edmonton Westlink office.

Our teamwork approach combines the efforts of our professional engineers technical staff and skilled trades people to deliver challenging projects through safe operations and specialized services. Bird Nason Contracting Group rewards innovation and creativity and promotes a healthy balance between professional and personal life.

What You Will Be Working On

• Enter employee documentation accurately (safety tickets resumes new hire packages).
• Schedule and coordinate safety training sessions.
• Follow up on outstanding onboarding requirements.
• Support recruiters to ensure timely mobilization of new hires to project sites.
• Maintain records in the ATS system.
• Verify employee certifications.
• Track training and apprenticeship requirements.
• Update and maintain SharePoint directories.
• Assist with updating and posting current job vacancies via ATS system.
• Assist with compiling monthly metrics.
